B’nai Mitzvah Program

We offer a comprehensive program where each child receives individual weekly tutoring for a full year in addition to the Religious School curriculum.  Children are prepared to co-lead Friday and Saturday Shabbat services, chant Torah and Haftorah and deliver a short D’var Torah (sermon).  They also fulfill a community service project during this year.  Each child develops synagogue skills and life skills as he or she prepares to step into a Jewish adulthood.  Confidence and self-esteem are gained as he or she practices from our Bimah and experiences the accomplishments of sustained effort.

We have prepared the B’nai Mitzvah Handbook to guide you through this wonderful event. Please click here to download the handbook.
