The Nezvesky School for Jewish Education

We have highly regarded education programs that reflect the Jewish tradition of lifelong learning. Our programs are based on the view that a Jewish education not only prepares our children to maintain their Jewish heritage in a secular world, but also to create the internal confidence to be able to present those values in any environment.  Our adult education reinforces that by providing a way to continue Jewish education and enable our adult congregants to delve into the depths of Jewish philosophy and practice. We aim to make our classes both fun and educational.

Our program could not be as comprehensive as it is without the ongoing support of The Jewish Federation of Western Connecticut at www.jfed.net.  Their continued support before and through the years of Covid-19 has enabled us to maintain our program goals while looking to new ways to fulfill them consistent with the availability of our families for both in-person and remote schooling.
