We are a small synagogue in southern Newtown with an active, participatory membership. Although we follow Conservative tradition, we are not specifically affiliated with any movement, leaving us the flexibility to determine ritual and organizational matters to the best interests of our congregation. As an independent congregation we also participate in activities sponsored by the three Jewish Federation organizations in our area:
